Year 7 French institute visit
Year 7 students visited the French Institute on Tuesday this week to take part in activities and to watch the French film ‘Good luck Algeria’. This French comedy follows the adventures of two friends who design and make skis. To help in their marketing they enter the Winter Olympics under the flag of Algeria.
The film has English subtitles which helps student understanding, but watching a film in this way is an important part of the lower school French course. As always the students were a credit to themselves, their families and the school.
